| FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION |
| Sports fields & gymnasium use is under the auspices of the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District. Facilities may be requested by submitting a completed Field & Gymnasium Use Application form to the H.A.R.D. Sports Office. All H.A.R.D. maintained fields & gymnasiums are available for rental during most of the year. The District reserves the right to change or modify any use permits to best serve the interest of local residents and organizations. |
| Application requests for July 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 will begin processing on May 3, 2010 |
