Gymnasium Rentals
H.A.R.D. offers gym rentals for Basketball or Volleyball use. To secure a
permit submit a written request form to determine availability. Call the
H.A.R.D. Sports Office at (510) 317-2314 for further information on
Gym Rentals. Reservations must be submitted and approved 10
working days prior to use for adequate processing and staff scheduling.
Sports Field Rentals
Practices, Leagues, and Tournaments
Groups interested in reserving an outdoor sports field for practice,
leagues or tournament play can contact the Adult Sports Office at
(510) 317-2314. The District has a wide range of facilities capable of
accommodating a variety of special sporting events, leagues and
tournaments. Scheduling for most practice and league play is restricted
to six months.

| Field & Gymnasium rentals are processed no more than six (6) The first day that Field/Gym request for January 1, 2008 - June 30, 2008 will be accepted is Thursday, November 1, 2007 at 8:30 am The first day that Field/Gym request for July 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008 will be accepted is Monday, April 21, 2008 at 8:30 am *Permits will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis after the dates listed above based on user priority. |
| Sports fields and gymnasium use is under the auspices of the Hayward Area Recreation and Area Recreation and Park District Sports Division. This form will NOT be accepted more than six (6) months in advance and must be accompanied by those items requested in the attached STATEMENT OF EXPECTATIONS. |
